Church leaders are facing challenges that previous generations could hardly imagine. Communities have changed. Expectations have changed. The way people connect, learn, and engage with faith has changed.

Yet one thing has not changed: the mission of God.

Jesus still calls His Church to make disciples, love neighbors, and bring the hope of the Gospel into every community. The challenge many leaders face is not whether the mission matters. The challenge is figuring out what faithful mission looks like in today’s world.

Over the last several years, we have had conversations with pastors, church councils, denominational leaders, and lay leaders from across the country. While every church is unique, many of those conversations sound similar.

Christians today are asking how to engage their communities. They are wrestling with discipleship, leadership development, outreach, and financial stability. They are looking for practical ideas, encouragement, and a place to discuss the realities they face every day.

That is why we are launching Momentum Unfiltered.

Momentum Unfiltered is the podcast of the Momentum Network. It is designed for Christians who know something has to change and who want to have honest conversations about those changes.

Each episode will explore the opportunities and challenges facing today’s church. We will talk about mission, leadership, discipleship, innovation, community engagement, and what it means to serve Christ in a changing culture.

This is not a podcast about church growth tricks or ministry trends. It is a conversation about helping churches rediscover mission and become visible, vibrant centers of hope in their communities.

We believe healthy churches create healthy communities. We believe God is not finished with established churches. And we believe church leaders should not have to navigate these challenges alone.

Momentum Unfiltered launches July 7. We hope you will join the conversation.
